Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: July 5, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes activities that are prohibited when using Jaber AI’s Services. By using the Services, you agree to follow this AUP. We may investigate violations and may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
1. Prohibited activities
You may not use the Services to:
- Break the law, infringe intellectual-property rights, or violate the rights of others.
- Generate or distribute unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or violent content, or content that sexualizes minors.
- Create malware, phishing, spam, or other deceptive or fraudulent material.
- Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent an AI assistant as a human where the law requires disclosure.
- Attempt to disable, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.
- Use the Services to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects without appropriate human oversight.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Services except as permitted by law.
2. Data and privacy responsibilities
You must have the necessary rights and consents for any content and personal data you submit, and you must handle end-user data lawfully — including providing your own privacy notices and honoring individuals’ rights. Do not upload sensitive data (such as government IDs, health, or payment-card data) unless your plan and agreement expressly permit it.
3. Fair use and limits
Usage limits (such as message quotas) apply to each plan. Do not circumvent limits, share accounts to exceed them, or use the Services in a way that degrades performance for others.
4. Reporting abuse
If you encounter content or activity that violates this AUP, report it to [email protected]. We review reports and take appropriate action.
5. Enforcement
We may remove content, throttle usage, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, with or without notice depending on the severity. We will cooperate with law enforcement where required.
