Jaber AI, LLC (“Jaber AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States. We build AI chatbots and enterprise AI applications, and we operate the websites at jaber.ai, ai.jaber.ai, and jaber.ai/edu (together, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data when you visit our sites, create an account, or use our products.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account & contact data — name, email address, company, and password when you sign up or contact us.
• Billing data — plan selection and payment details, processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).
• Content you submit — the documents, FAQs, website content, and messages you use to train and operate your AI assistant, and the conversations that pass through it.

Information we collect automatically

• Usage & device data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and interactions, collected through cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy.
• Log data — timestamps, error reports, and diagnostic information used to keep the Services reliable and secure.

3. How we use information

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including running your AI assistants.
• Create and manage your account, process payments, and provide customer support.
• Improve and develop features, and monitor performance, security, and abuse.
• Communicate with you about updates, security notices, and — where permitted — marketing (you can opt out at any time).
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use the private content you submit to train third parties’ general-purpose models without your instruction.

4. Legal bases for processing (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal data under one or more of these legal bases: performance of a contract (to deliver the Services), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Services), consent (for optional cookies and marketing), and legal obligation (to comply with applicable law).

5. How we share information

We share personal data only as needed to run the Services:

• Service providers (sub-processors) — hosting, infrastructure, AI model providers, analytics, email, and payment processors, bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms.
• Legal & safety — when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Jaber AI, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion of your account data as described below.

7. Security

We protect personal data using encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and ongoing monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify affected users of any breach as required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. 10. International data transfers

We are based in the United States and may process data in the U.S. and other countries. Where we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

11. Children’s privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. Where Jaber Edu is used by schools, the institution acts as the controller for student data and is responsible for obtaining any required parental consent; we process such data as a service provider under our agreement with the institution.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email where appropriate.
